The day begins with a bit of theory on wind, kitesurfing location and safety systems. Important! Once we've completed this, we will kite with the trainer kite (small 2-line kite). Easy? Then we'll grab the big kiter(4-line). Finally, we will bodydrag.

The 2nd day has arrived and so we will first continue bodydragging with the board, then explain the theory about the board. With a few special exercises we will continue with the waterstart to get you up the board as controlled as possible.

The time has come. We start with the water start on the board. Using power strokes, you are going to try to get out of the water and stop cleanly. You will keep training this technique until you are really sailing both ways. WOW! What a kick! In this way you will try to sail longer and longer distances, try to keep your height and go downwind.
